How we work

Four steps. The same people, from the first scope until the work holds.

1. Scope

   We count the cost before anything is built. What is in, what is out, and what done looks like are written down and agreed.

2. Build

   One team does the work. The people you talk with are the people who design it, build it, and keep it running.

3. Status

   You hear how it is going while it is underway. When it is finished, the documentation comes with it.

4. Stay

   We stay with the work until it holds. Hosting, fixes, and what comes next stay with that same team.
