Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026 | Last updated: November 5, 2026 | Version 1.0.4

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses hosting, managed infrastructure, client portal, or other services provided by PROJECTSEVEN LTD. CO., an Oklahoma limited liability company (“projectseven”), and to anyone a client allows to use them. It is part of our Terms of Service and any client agreement. Clients are responsible for their users’ compliance.

1. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or court order, or infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • host, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material, content that sexually exploits minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that promotes terrorism or violent extremism (we report illegal material to authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline, as required by law);
  • send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages in violation of law (including the CAN-SPAM Act), or host sites advertised by spam;
  • distribute malware, run phishing, botnet command-and-control, or credential-harvesting operations;
  • scan, probe, or attack any system without its owner’s permission, or launch denial-of-service attacks;
  • run open mail relays, open proxies, or open DNS resolvers;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or run workloads that degrade shared infrastructure, unless your order expressly allows it;
  • circumvent usage limits, billing, authentication, or security controls;
  • resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission; or
  • engage in fraud, harassment, threats, or unlawful discrimination.

2. Security responsibilities

You must keep your systems, software, and credentials reasonably secure, apply security updates to systems you manage, and tell us promptly at abuse@projectseven.us about any compromise affecting the Services.

3. Resource limits

Plans may have limits on CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, or email volume stated in your order. We may throttle use that exceeds them or that threatens the stability of shared infrastructure, with notice where practical.

4. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to abuse@projectseven.us with enough detail for us to investigate. Copyright complaints should follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, remove or disable content, suspend, or terminate the Services. We will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where reasonable, but may act immediately to prevent harm, address a security threat, or comply with law. We may cooperate with law enforcement and report unlawful activity. Suspension for AUP violations does not relieve you of fees owed.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP and will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date, giving at least 30 days’ notice of material changes.
